To apply, use a small, tapered blending brush or a fan brush to maintain control over the shimmer. Sweep the powder onto the highest points of your face: the tops of your cheekbones, the bridge of your nose, the inner corners of your eyes, and your Cupid’s bow. Use a light, "flicking" motion to layer the pigment rather than pressing it in. For an intense, "liquid metal" finish, you can lightly mist your brush with setting spray before dipping it into the powder—this amplifies the pigment and locks the shimmer onto your skin.

Pro Tip: If your powder highlighter looks too "dusty" or sits on top of your peach fuzz, finish your makeup with a hydrating setting spray. This will help the powder particles meld with your foundation for a more natural, skin-like glow.
